Help please

I might be in the wrong category on asking this but anyone that will help will be appreciated. I seem to have trouble with my intener on my desktop, Im running vista with a usb wireless its a zyxel and internet has been connecting before for a couple months and then all of the sudden it stopped, now it says local and internet, my torrents are going and I can play world of warcraft but when I try to go to the actual internet on mozilla or whatever it just sits there loading forever and forever. It takes a long time and I know my wireless is working because my laptop is using it right now. If anyone could help it would be appreciated plz.
