help please

    hi i have been given an original starview box to update
    i have put CryptStar-v1.5-Core400 on it as it isnt a clone.
    the problem i am having now is it wont update past 60%
    do i need to try factory reset then go through the process off uploading the firmware, scanning for channels turn emu on etc

    press ok on set default key, some boxes will only update on certain channels, I know in ireland all the sv boxes will update ok on "sky two"

    thanks, i think it should be ok now as it updated
    and didint get stuck on 60%
