    That is a playlist file
That is a info file which you can rename to .txt and view with notepad or open with damn NFO viewer
Those are the actuall files which contain the sound, So are you trying to burn these to a audio cd?
If so just open nero and got to "burn Audio CD" then add one of the mp3 files, it should show at the bottom how much of the cd it is taking up. Then click next give your cd a name and hit Burn.
This should then be able to be played in any cd player.
If you want both to fit on one cd and have an mp3 cd player or want to play on your computer later follow same steps but burn as a data cd with nero.
    Good luck
