It appears you are running Roxio with Nero, they clash so I would uninstall Roxio ASAP Doesnt like your media, try Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden. Backs up the media theory Your Nero is a little behind but I wouldn't update as the newer versions are full of bugs I also have the same model burner, your firmware is 1 version but so is mine with no obvious problems
