Hello im a newbie to this place so hope ppl will be as helpful as i have seen they can be from reading the previos posts. I have read through the previous posts and havn't found the relavnt info. My starview was working perfectly fine until yesterday when all of a sudden sky sports 1 said there was no signal. its the same with sky sports 3, eurosport and Mutv. I have tried to reset it by going through the factory settings and reinstalling and have turned the emu on. But i still dont have these channels back all though the other channels work perfectly . Can anybody help plz it would be greatly appreciated . thanks a lot in advance.
go on to one of the channels and press the sig button on the remote, what does it say? its happened to me before and no matter how many scans i do they dont come on just have to wait for them to come back on themselves.
Sometimes the cc's change the frequencies of some of the channels. So if you let us know where you are and who your cc are someone can give you a frequency to do a manual scan for the missing channels.
Hi thanks a lot jam and evastar for replying. Well i followed the advice and let it come back by itself and it has.All the channels that were gone are now back. thanks for the advice much appreciated.
