help plz

some how i am locked out of my dashboard i cant ftp into it it says it needs another password i didnt set one so this is strange plz help need to ftp

 

make sure it is the Right one(no errors) and try cheching it in your Dash.

 

Well you have autoinstaller disk. Just reinstall your dashboard.

 

will my apps still be there?

 

i am still locked out and i have completely reinstalled everything im starting to get pissed because i have have to re boot every time i want to fpt some thing
