I am ripping the files with a regular old dvd player using "dvd decrrypter" program. And I then used DVD2AVI to create d2v video file, and AC3 audio file. I am trying to use TMPGEnc to create mpeg file to put onto VCD (using a CDR) to play in stand-alone DVD player. Thanks!!!

on the last screen of TMPEnc, when it shows you the output file column, you have to give the video file a new name. For example, say you are converting a video file called Lord of the Rings to MPEG format with TMPGEnc. When, on the last screen before it starts converting, it shows you the output file, just create a new path, like instead of Lord of the Rings, make it Lord of the Rings new, or Lord of the Rings 1, ect. If you still need help, don't hesitate to ask. Hope I was a bit of help,

I tried changing the name of the output file with same result. I have no idea what to do. I have tried millions of things (maybe exxagerating on millions), but nothing seems to work. I would appreciate any other ideas, because at the moment, I am fresh out. Thank you!
