i have a lp150x08 laptop screen that got broken and i have a lt150x2 good lcd screen size is the same ad the conectors almost alike is possible to adapt the good screen on the laptop? maybe i need pinout to both screens...
the (good screen)lt150x2-124 is from a dell inspirion 7000, and the (cracked screen)lp150x08(A5) is from a compaq presario 2500.
    any info would be helpful.

You need to match the lcd screen to replace it. You will need to make sure its for your compaq presario 2500.
You can't adapt a dell to work on the compaq.

I used to buy all mine from ebay. A lot of times it was cheaper for me to buy another broken laptop that had a good screen.

Every laptop is different in how to remove parts.
You can check this link, but you can also do a google search for your specific laptop.

Laptop parts are unlike PC parts in that they are specific to each brand of laptop.

Well….there are many ways of getting to a solution…may be the one you say is not the most appropriate one….but whatever….;-)

p.s. i'm a (very stupid) spammer, does it show ?
