Help setting up Eurovox max v

    Just got a new eurovox max v and am totally useless at setting it up.Have tried various scans all I got was enter smart card and no signal.I live in loughrea/Galway and am on nthell MM*S.Please help.

    Try this
    Make sure your cable is plugged into the RF IN Socket and not the antenna port

    Press Menu > Config > System Info and tell us what it says please


    Press Menu, Config, Clear Data and then clear ch@nnel data.

    Turn off box for a min then turn back on

    Then do a normal powerscan from 290.000 to 420.000
    using symbol rate 6887 N*L IRELAND

    You might need to load the 18/04/08 version on to it via NULL MODEM CABLE

    Thought I was seeing Double there :) MMDS you will only get around 90 channels, of which AFAIK you cannot get that channel.

    BTW as you are on MMDS in Galway try these frequencies:

    250
    266
    282
    298
    314
    330
    346
    362
    378
