Just got a new eurovox max v and am totally useless at setting it up.Have tried various scans all I got was enter smart card and no signal.I live in loughrea/Galway and am on nthell MM*S.Please help.
Try this Make sure your cable is plugged into the RF IN Socket and not the antenna port Press Menu > Config > System Info and tell us what it says please Press Menu, Config, Clear Data and then clear ch@nnel data. Turn off box for a min then turn back on Then do a normal powerscan from 290.000 to 420.000 using symbol rate 6887 N*L IRELAND You might need to load the 18/04/08 version on to it via NULL MODEM CABLE All the info you need is here : http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/653745

Thought I was seeing Double there MMDS you will only get around 90 channels, of which AFAIK you cannot get that channel. BTW as you are on MMDS in Galway try these frequencies: 250 266 282 298 314 330 346 362 378
