help starview box not storing

hi guys tryed to put new codes in but box wont store pressed ok but nothing happening

 

when you enter the key data for 00 and press ok , you will see it flash from ok to Store , then go up to 00 and use your right arrow to change it to 01 then back down and enter the key data for 01 , press ok to store again , then exit 3 times back to the channels and it should work !

 

tryed all that store not flashing keeps turning itself off when i press ok more than once

 

Do a factory setting and try from scratch !
