HELP Starview box stuck on menu page

Hi guy's

Can anyone please help. I am having problem with my starview box (1) for some reason it doesn't allow me to exit out of the menu page. It allows me to search channels BUT doesn't go back to t.v as it is stuck on the menupage. I have tried factory reset still the same..

you mean it is stuck on the language page ??

if so accept english or what ever language you want installation pick your supplier and then scan the box NO SPLITTERS ON CABLE WHEN DOING THIS

Then when it finds all the channels press the exit button to tv then back into menu 1570 on remote keypad and turn on your EMU

press exit 3 times back to tv screen
