Hi Hoping someone out there can help. I'm living in Dublin. I recently restored the factory settings on my starview box. I had to update codes as it had stoped working. I did an NTL scan und picked up 131 channels yet the bo only seems to store 99. Before I restored the factory settings I had a good few more than this. It appears I'm missing most of the music stations (not that bad as I still have sports!). Anyone ever come across this before? Any ideas? Thanks.
Yes , I have seen this happen before , its due to the b0x not picking up ALL the transponders , you do not need to rescan when the codes change , just input the codes manually for now The best bet is to do a factory setting and follow the instructions below Menu > Factory Setting PIN 0000 OK to delete Turn box off at the back for a minute and turn back on English > Installation Choose Provider etc Automatic Scan Press OK Channels found Exit Press Menu then 1570 Turn EMU key ON Exit , exit , exit
