Help the box not workin in new house

hi i need some help please i got my box updated tuesday night. i checked it was workin when i got it back in artane and every channel was workin fine. when i got home (Ashbourne new house) i only have 4 channels which are more,ss2,ss3 and the adult channel. i our house we have the new upc from ntl which gives us all the normal channels. ive tried the cable straight fom the wall to the box and from the upc box to the the box. thanks for taking time to read this. please help!

well pete are you on chourus mmds or ntl mmds or true cable and what box is it?

 

factory reset the box, choose NTL and auto scan, you are on MMDS in Ashbourne and you need to tune the box again, when done, press menu and type 1570 and turn EMU on, exit all the way out to a channel and let it update if its a Starview or THE BOX. As you dont state what box you have

had an idea, do the above and let us know, if you got one or two channels when you plugged the box in first in Ashbourne, when your box was originally tuned to true cable nthell in Dublin, SS2 is one of the few channels that was on the same freq on true cable and mmds nthell, do the above and turn the EMU back on.

Now ya do know you wont get the same amount of channels as ya did in Dublin, MMDS doesnt carry the same amount of channels as true cable
