Okay, first, I must say, I DID do a search of the website and none of the threads had anything to do with my problem. I am using DVD Decryptor and when i put the disc in, I load up DVD Decryptor and when it gets to 8%, the kb/s goes to 0% and it starts racking up the 'retries'. When it gets to about 23 retries, I gives an error message. So, I cleaned the disc, and the laser lens and the same exact thing happened. Whats the problem! Some one please help me.

That usually only happens because of a problem with the disc. I would suggest trying a different copy to back up if you can.

I actually just burned it earlier today using dvd decrypter, seems to work fine so far. Just did a plain iso read/write.

Seems like your copy is scratched at a bad place or something then..
