Hi ... can anybody help me??? I have installed the two programms; and tryed to make a copy of a dvd - after burning I get following respons: flopy problem RPC2 with another regional code as your dvd - try to install fireware under http://www.rpc1.com - do I realy need to download this program in aditional to the other two?? can anybody help me with the steps neede to copy such dvd? thanks a lot!! mike
download dvd shrink it is freeware and will control the region for you read the guide for step by step http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/shrink_dvd_menus_with_menushrink.cfm
A firmware upgrade will probably help you out in the future as well. It sounds like a pain, but as long as you get one for your specific burner, you should be all set.
Every once in a while you may come across a DVD you can't back-up using the 2 apps. Download DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink. These are 2 great apps and are free. The guides are provided for you on this site and are easy to follow and understand. Also don't rule out the 2 post above mine.
