I have a quick question, i would like to purchase a tv tuner card for my pc however i do not have a windows xp media center ed. pc, just regular ol windows xp home. If i get a tv tuner card can i still watch/ record tv on my pc or is wme requred for that? thanks to whoever takes the time to help out
