Hello I have a ENCORE ENLTV-FM PCI Interface Video Tuner & Capture Card and I am having problems. I have dish network and I pluged the tv out cable wire in the back of the tv tuner but it doesnt not work. can someone please help me. thanks in advance
Are you using their software? I realized that when I used mine. Won't work with any other program other than ENLTV.
yes i am using ENLTV. I got it work once but when i restarted my computer it stopped working. i can only hear audio.
Have you right-clicked the screen and hit the "switch" command. It changes the inputs, and maybe thats been changed frome TV.
