Help unlock a Nokia 6101b Firmware 3.38

I'll be travelling to Europe at the end of the week. Your help is very much appreciated!

Country the phone is locked in: Canada
Provider the phone is locked to: Rogers

Thanks for the code, I really appreciate the help. Unfortunately, it didn't work.

I removed my SIM card, switched my phone 'On', and then entered the code, exactly as you specified in your sig.

After I entered the code, it said "Phone Restriction on".

I'm now up to 4 tries on my phone, will it hard-lock after my next attempt? I have turned it off and on between attempts.
