Press * 2 times fast for (+)

I'm afraid that code didn't work, I've tried 4 codes now.

It said 'code error', the same as it did for the previous attempts I'd made.

 

have you tried a different sim to check it's still locked ??

 

Yep, it's still coming up with 'insert sim'.

 

Do you think there could be something wrong with the phone itself seeing as all it comes up with is 'Insert Sim Card'? Even if I put a sim in from a locked network it still says 'Insert Sim Card', is that normal? I'm starting to wonder if the phone's broken perhaps, any ideas?
