Make/model phone: Nokia 3120b IMEI #: 353783/00/337564/3 Country the phone is locked in: USA Provider the phone is locked to: Either ATT or Cingular (i bought it used and was told it was ATT, but i put in my cingular card and it works) Trying to get it unlocked to use abroad with foreign sim's. I tried to unlock it twice using an online code calculator, it didn't have this model listed so i tried using the 3100 codes. I used the parameters: 3100, ATT, and new giffin (whatever that is) and it failed both times. I used the #7 and #1 codes. Now I am worried about trying it more because i only have 3 tries left assuming the previous owner never tried it. Also I tried putting an old Spanish sim card of mine from carrier Amena and it asked me for my pin #. I was wondering if maybe the phone is already unlocked and its just that the sim card has been deactivated and that thats why its asking for the pin#. Is that a possibility? Thank you!
The pin code belongs to the sim card (default pin is 1234) #pw+942872162051220+7# this is the unlock code. try with no sim in. If that code does not work, try a sim that doesn't have a pin code on. It maybe unlocked already.
