Thanks for reply. Entered code but nothing happened, switched phone off inserted t-mobile card, entered 12345 but got "error code"

Select UNDO. Enter the code. Press OK or Enter. That is the correct code. JG
I tried to insert 12345 code not realising you ment your new code!!! Inserted your code on the restriction box, worked like a charm. Thank you very much.
