help updating to 380 and 390

great guide just having sompe problems when I try to update 380 and 390 the light just keeps flashing and dosnt stop can not get the update stuck at 371 please help.

 

what light and is this cfw?

 

Im sort of a newbie at this not sure wha tyou mean by cfw I used the guide on afterdawn for downgrading fat psp...ahve it set now at 3.71 M33-4 when I try to update to 390 or 380 the orangish progress light or whatever just keeps on flashing forever

I have no clue what Im dong wrong but I just cannot get his updated to latest cfw 3.90...in the guide whre it says to find 390.PBP where do I find it?
