NERO 6 ultra came with our computer and we have no clue how to burn dvd's trying and trying and its not working. We are trying to burn video files to dvds. Can some one please walk us through the steps to burning a dvd?? Thanks a bunch alexa

Hi. In that case you need to use a conversion program to make the files DVD compliant to be playable on most standalone players. If you have a DVD player that plays divX/AVI you don't need to do the conversion.
