Alright, I got the USB, then I got the MPT3 which is Microsoft Phone Tools. I start it up and my phone appears on the screen. Then when I go to Multimedia Studio and try to get pictures I get an error that says: (on the top of the box) Error on line 32, position 21 (then in the text part) Whitespace is not allowed at this location. (Then you can only press OK) I reinstalled and it still does it. Any suggestions? Has this happened to anyone else? But it will let me get my ring tones off my phone.
well I took the spaces out of the picture names then I got a new error. It says a semi colon was expected. WTF? Error line 26, position 26
Alright I fixed it. I recommend when taking pictures to rename them 1, 2, 3, 4, etc. 1- how many ever pics you have. I had 62 so I renamed them 1-62 and it works fine.
