Help w/error message

    Can anyone help me? I get the following error message after the movie has been shrinked and is trying to burn w/DVD Decrypter.

    Device [1:0:0] Memorex DVD16+/DL4RW1D2

    Unable to lock volume for exclusive access
    Reason - Access is denied.

    I have no idea what this means and no clue on how to resolve it. All help is greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance...

    It sounds like another program is accessing the drive.
    This pic shows 'IMGBurn' trying to access the drive, but in the 'Task Manager', 'DVD Shrink' is still running and blocking it.
    Closing down the blocking program using Task Manager will free it.
