Help w/ Xbit Mod Chip

Ok so I bought the Xbit Modchip V1.5 and install it. I get it all ready and hook it up to the computer via usb. What do I do now? I know that soft modding is easier but I don't want to spend any more money. I need massive help.

 

Also if i was going to get another 1 what should I get.
