    Hey all,
OK so here is what I would like to do and is it a smart thing to do? I would like to have all my movies on a hard drive to watch on my TV whenever I want. Is this possible and if so how? If I'm in the wrong place my apologies.
    Thanks for the help

If your computer graphic card supports dual monitor use a secondary cable to attach to tv,it's as simple as that apart from setting up as a clone of or seperate desktops or span, span is what i use,it places task bar on monitor 1 while leaving the other clear, you'll need to play with your graphic card settings to decide which suits you

If your Vid card has only one output (DVI-D) you can use a DVI-D > HDMI adapter and purchase a HDMI 4x1 switch from Monoprice.

That's assuming your video card has a DVI-D or HDMI output and your TV has a DVI-D or HDMI input.

Is there anything that has a scroll down option so I can choose which title from the hard drive from my tv monitor?

Monoprice model HDX-420X 4x2 (four input two output) coax audio HDMI switch. It is a full matrix switcher. Don't know if the same model is available but there should be a replacement.
What are you going to use for audio?

I'm not sure if that answered your question. If you have an optical mouse within x distance from the PC you can just put the mouse/keyboard somewhere in front of the TV.
