I am going to purchase a DVD burner. I don't have a lot of money, but what drive would you recommend ?

I recommend a Plextor. If your motherboard supports Serial ATA (SATA) drives then you want a Plextor PX-755SA (SATA) burner.

If your motherboard does not support Serial ATA then go for the Plextor PX-760A

Although Plextor Burners cost more, they are the most realiable burners on the market today.
