Hi,this is my fisrt post & would be eternally grateful if someone could tell me where im going wrong.Ive watched plenty of tutorials on youtube on how to download & burn xbox 360 games but when i do all i get is the xbox360 logo.ive tried to follow the instructions to a tee im using imageburn to burn my games but no joy.i exract the files using winrar but my dvd & iso files look different to those in the tutorials.Can anyone please help me?

Then you are most likely out of date. You could take a shot and try burning the activate.iso and see if you can boot that and then boot the game.
Your firmware is out of date, then. There's no other option than to flash your xbox with the newest firmware yourself, or to have it done by someone else.
it must have the latest firmware on it because i only had it done a couple of weeks ago & i got 3 games with it left 4 dead 2,assasins creed 2 & saw which are all new games.so imust be doing something wrong with the download/extracting/burn process.any suggestions anyone please?
