Ok so i installed windows optimizer just cause ive heard good things. The first thing i noticed is now it tells you what its doing like when i sign into my profile it'll say its executing a system32 sound file. I didnt notice any difference in speed so i uninstalled it, but i still have the issue with the problem listed above. Anyone know how to stop this?

Perform a system restore to an earlier point when windows optimizer hasnt been installed.

You can do it either one of two ways:

First method: Turn on your computer. While its booting up press F8 many times until a menu pops up. This menu will have system restore among other options. With the arrows go to system restore. Press enter and youll be at the system restore application. Select restore to an earlier point in time. And then choose a point when windows optimizer hasnt been intalled.

Second method: Once your at your desktop, hit start. Click on help and support. On the new window, type in 'system restore' in the search bar and hit search. Windows will then show you how to do a restore.

usually, when your at the restore application, there should be a list of restore points you have. (this is assuming you havnt turned system restore off.what i mean by this is that while system restore is on, windows creates restore points automatically every time when something major has happened i.e installation of a new program.)

note:some of the names might be a little different depending on what version of windows you have i.e system restore might be named system recovery.
