HELP - WinDVD resolution problem with Xvid

    I have an Xvid video at 640x272 size. When I Make a movie out of it with WinDVD it comes out at an odd size on my TV...it plays fine on my PC... I need to know how to convert the XVID file to one that will make a normal looking video on the DVD. The horizontal resolution is ok(the640)..but the vertical size stays at 272 which is way too short. Please help.. I have worked on this for 2 days now with no luck.

    Maybe you could try those programs that let you set the output resolution (e.g. DVDSanta).
