hi, i have an iso file with 6 episodes of a tv program (7gb total) how can i split this to put onto 2 seperate discs ( 3 per disc) thanks in advance.
Have you tried this http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/split_dvd9_to_2_dvdr_dvdxplatinum.cfm or http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/split_dvd9_to_2_dvdr_dvdxgold.cfm Hope this helps you
If you strip your menus and special features you could probably get the entire disc onto on DVD with little or no quality loss using DVD Shrink.
how do i know what are menus etc.. when i open iso i get the i get loadfs of folders. in the video ts folder there are vob buf and ifo files which i cant delete. thanks.
Yup, if you open the ISO in DVD Shrink and go to Reauthor mode, you should have the disc broken down into it's segments. Menus, Main Movie, Special Features etc. Under the main movie heading there will be your episodes listed individually. Double click on each one to add it to your compilation, remove all audio except AC3 5.1 and any or all subtitles to free up even more room. Then backup.
