help with a 4x dvd-rw drive

    hi can someone help me please im having a problem with my drive since its a 4x dvd-rw but only burns at 1x and i even updated the firmware so please may u help.

    Ask a mod to move this to the hardware forum.

    In the meantime, I suggest you search the support site for the drive...they usually have the answer there.
