My brother as just bought a new Phone so i taxed his k750i of him which he got unlocked .Now everything seems ok but i got a picture message sent to me and when i try to get it i get a error message "Download failed communication error".When i asked him about it he said it needs debranded ,so an anyone help me sort it Thanks bonsc ps.it was locked to Orange be for he got it unlocked
I'm not sure if de-branding will cure the problem. I friend of mine got a brand new K750 from o2 a few days ago which of course is also locked to o2 but she has been having the same problems. I suspect it may be phones various communication settings, but I'm not sure. If she gets the problem sorted, I'll post the relevant info.
