Help with a Motorola Bag phone ?? 2950 / 4500 locked??

    Help with a Motorola Bag phone 4500 & 2950. I have Motorola 2950 & 4500 bag phones that are locked to make Emergency calls only. Can someone please help me get this phone reset? Is there away around the pass word? How do I reset this thing??
