Help with AnyDvD

    Hi, i just installed the latest version of Any DVD and rebooted the pc after installing the anydvd, when the program starts i receive an error messagge that indicates that AnyDVD does not found the DVD burner drive, i update the firmware and i keep getting this messagge.

    what i can do?

    Hi there,

    What brand and model is your DVD burner ?
    Was the burner just installed lately ?

    It's properly configured ? IDE Master / IDE Slave etc... ?

    Did you burn with it yet, and it works since you installed the latest firmware ?

    the brand is microadvantage, i have burned already almost 50 movies, the software(anydvd) was working fine till a updated fron 4.6.3.1 to 5221, yes its on ide slave(dma on) i can burn dvd using dvd43 and they play fine on the pc and in the player..

    if it works with dvd43 then the new realease of anydvd is the culprit as you say.....

    Try a re-install of AnyDVD.

    I say use DVD Decryptor instead

    it won't be long, with DVDDecypter on the way out, AnyDVD
    is going to be needed by most

    AnyDvD is worth every penny it cost's

    anyway sounds like you have a Hardware/computer problem...
