Help with backing up onto dvd

    I saw some other posts that i think relate to this but i didnt really understand them...i'm looking to backup all my cds and put them onto dvd so i dont always have to switch discs....my idea is to rip them into mp3s and then somehow burn them onto a dvd and have a menu for each album....is there away to do this and play it in my dvd player?

    if your dvd is mp3 compatible then it should play, but you can't make menus for mp3 discs. use EAC (exact audio copy) its the best ripper, and use LAME to encode, its the highest quality encoder. (they're both free). Here's a guide on installing and using:
