Help with buying External burner

    i have done some looking around the fourms but without much help. I am intersted in buying an external burner for my lap top. I found a Memorex 16x External USB 2.0 and FireWire Double-Layer DVD±RW/CD-RW and was wondering if this was a good burner, if not could anyone tell me something that is

    Adding internal burner to external case is MUCH cheaper. This is a link for Pioneer and NEC.

    Of course, there are numerous sites to buy an internal burner (NewEgg is probably best) and numerous sites to buy an external case. The site above already has burners in cases with 80 wire cables and driver CD. Just plug and play...
