Can anyone help im having probablems with certain web pages on the internet i can connect to any page in seconds but when i come to sign in on facebook it can some times take up to fifteen minutes to load my account page. is it just my internet connection or a server probablem or is it something else
Fifteen minutes is a heck of a long time! If all other websites load quickly and facebook is lagging, then it would understandably be their servers and the amount of traffic at any one time. Patience is required at peak times without a doubt. You could double check this by logging in at various other times and take note of what happens. Your internet connection sounds fine and I sincerely doubt that it has anything to do with your provider. Cheers.
