Help with colour of fonts

Hi this may seem like an easy enough question but Im only posting after trying everything...almost all file names in My documents have changed colour font on me to blue wierdest thing becasue I dont recall changing them myself its split some are blue and others are in black like standard how do I go ahead and change them back to one colour???

 

Control Panel > Folder Options > View tab > uncheck "Show encrypted or compressed files in color".
