hey i have a creative vision m 30gb and some song tracks come up as unknown and i want to rename them and fix the genre tags and artist folders anyone have a link to the program that does this
Hi there I use Media Monkey, the free version. It allows you to search amazon for the track and artist info and even attaches the album art. Although it doesn't display on the device as I am lead to believe that the album art must be a maximum of 200x200. To do it load the software then run it and find the directory of songs you want to rename. Then right click on the folder and choose Auto Tag from Amazon (you might need to change the country of amazon once the box appear, top right). Then once it's found and if right click auto tag. Then right click folder again and choose the item Auto Organise files and it will rename the actual file to whatever format you like. I use track number then title. Hope that helps.
