help with downloads

    A little problem with my etomi program. I have no problem downloading files but i cannot import them to my creative zen mp3 player. The files are in mp3 and I am able to convert them to creative files, but on my creative import program the files are not there. Are they protected bt copyright, sny help welcome. mickilen@hotmail.com
