I'm using Nero 6.0.0.28 and lately I've been having a lot of errors while trying to burn dvds. I use DVD Fab Decrypter and then DVD 2 ONE and the Nero, but all i get now is burn process errors. It only burns a small percent and then I receive an error message....any Ideas of what it could be? The burner itself? software? media? I'm using memorex dvd+r right now...

what about the serial number that I need for the NVE 31.0.21 update? I can't finish the update without it...

You need to enter your serial number. Which is still in your second post. 1A23-****-****-****-****-****.
This is the update for Nero Vision Express, if you didn't previously have it then there is no need to install it isn't part of your package. Before updating any program it is wise to keep a record of serial keys in case they are needed for upgrading or reinstallation. What you were given was an update for Nero, since you already had it on your machine you shouldn't have to buy it unless it was a pirated copy.
