Help With DVD/CD Bunrer

    I have a pioneer dvr-109 when i burn audio files to a cdr and play them on any cd player the songs seem like there strach but when i look on the bottom of the cdr there are NO strachs i even played the songs from the hdd and they play find.I am using Nero 6.6 and burning the cds at 40x, do anyone has a solution to this problem? I already tried cleaning the laser out with compress air and a Laser Lens Cleaner.

    knock your speed in half to see if problem continues. what is the speed rating on the disks??

    I knocked the speed down to 4x but this time when it got to 83% and i am using Verbatim dvd+r 16x

    i am sorry i am using a brand called D thats what it says on the cdr and i didnt tried knocking the speed down yet.

    i knocked the speed down to 16x but still the same thing! do anyone know a solution to my problem? do you think its the software?
