help with dvd x copy platinum

I use the simple method. Step one works fine and reads the movie but then just stops. Step two appears at the top of the screen, I insert a blank dvd in the burn drive and then nothing happens. Please help.

 

dvdxcopy has a link at the bottom of this page.if you have another prog.like nero you can use it to burn until you get your tech support from xcopy international.when you rip movie with xcopy leave the program open,just down size it.then pull up nero or whatever burning prog. u have.you should be able to burn files from your hdd.if it doesnt pull up the video files for you,you will need tick on c drive,tick my documents,your name,locals,temp.you will need to enable hidden folders you should be able to do this under the options tab at the top of the page.look for the largest folder at least 4 gb or larger.select the file that reads video_ts.and burn away.then close xcopy and it should delete the file automatically.
