a few weeks ago i was able to play dvd and get data from dvds now when i put them in i dont hear the drive spin at all whan i load them into the drive. when i click on my computer and go to the dvd drive i can open and see the files on it but cant access anything when i try to the computer frezzers until i take the dvd out all my normal cds work fine.
