help with eurovox ex1000sl

    Can any1 help me. i have a UpC (ntl) media box. i have just got a eurovox and set it up by using the power scan. i changed the symbol rate to 6.887 and pressed ok. it found all the channels but only about 9 of them work. the rest are saying "channel scrambled" in a blue box. if any one has any idea as to what could be wrong could you please help me out. Thanks

    has the box been flashed?press menu config system info and tell us what it says

    ok your obviously in Ireland,your on n@l cable i presume,and your subbed box is working ok?

    and the obvious coaxil into rf in on box and scart securely fixed into tv scart on box?

    ya have all that checked. I,m getting a few channels. Have rte1, E!, EWNT,VH1, BUZZ TV and thats it. The rest are there but scrambled.

    yeah look in the eurovox link under my pic for all the help you'll need,first try a factory reset and a rescan.
