I have installed EvoX on my xbox. I go to try and to use FlashFXP to put stuff on hdd but i cant find the xbox but i can find the other computers in the room. What do i do?
make sure ur xbox and comp r connected to same router or w/e. then go to ur computer(imean the icon), then click network places. right click local area connection and go to properties. scroll down to protocal and and click properties/change. change it to a manual ip. make it this ip 192.168.0.3 ok? now the ip thing below that just click it and 255.255.255.0 will pop up. click ok in that window and the ok/close button in the windown before that. then the xbox's ip w/ evox dash is 192.168.0.2 ok?. so now go to ur comps flash fxp. click site manager at the top, then new site. there put in the ip address 192.168.0.2, username xbox, pass is xbox and thats it. click connect and everything should load up.
im having the same problem but for some reason, evox wont save any ip address changes i give it. ( i type everything in then press B right?) but then i got back to it and its right back to the same 192.168.0.3, what gives?
