hey ppl,i recently downloaded fifa 09 and stuck it on my psp but when im playing it the game keeps stuttering when im playing a match.i dl the game from minin0va and there were lots of comments saying the game was working fine with no probs so i know its not a bad dl.any ideas?
is your fifa an iso or a cso if its a cso try uncompressing it to make it back in to an iso and see if that helps your lag
im not really clued up on this being honest(as u can probably tell!!) but when i looked at the file it says its a winrar archive and when i open it up it says its an iso file
ok so let me understand you extracted your rar files and an iso came out and you put that is in the iso folder on your psp. Also what firmware are you running.
yeah thats right.i opened the folder and there was a lot of rar files so i right clicked on 1 of them and opened it up.when i did this it opened in winrar and the file was approx 1.3gb and named as an iso file,then i stuck it in the iso file on my psp.im running firmware 5.00 m33-3.when its an iso file does the small icon at the file still look like the winrar icon or should it change to the page icon or something else?when i connect my psp 2 my pc and open up my iso file from the memory stick and look at the game it says its a winrar archive file,is this right?i dont know if iv maybe not extracted it right as im not 2 clued up on this and iv maybe just done something really dumb!
make sure you highlight all the parts of the rar file and then right click on one and go to extract to here. then you should get a single iso file which icon depending on the applications you have on your cpu will change. then if have enough space on your memory stick copy and paste the iso in to the iso folder of your memory stick. then disconnect your psp from your cpu and under game in the memory stick go to fifa 09 its should play.
Since You have 5.00 m33-3 I would upgrade to 5.00 m33-4 and install fatmsmod 3.71 patch for 5.00. I had choppy video scenes in one of the games, and after installing the patch, video became perfect and loading times where much faster.
