help with flashing eurovox tx please

hi all,
trying to flash tx now this happened before the box seems to be frozen and stuck on channel 2 at the time some kind person helped me out but i dammed if i remember how a nice simple explanation would be nice as i am not very technically minded. also sometimes getting windows cannot open this file please please someone help

at the top of the home page click on UPDATED THREADS .Scroll down to HOME THEATRE and the fifth or sixth thread down is about flashing these devises. and it is CURRENT 7 APRIL

 

YOU WILL NEED THE LOADER AS IT IS THE APPLICATION THAT (ONCO ON YOUR COMPUTER ) PUTS THE OTHER FILE CALLED A BIN FILE ,into the box ,and as a result updating it. so get the loader.go to eamos libary and you will be directed to a facility , if you cant find it ask on the forum and you will be helped. if you cant get back here
